Good Morning, Everyone! The theme of my blog post today is FRIENDSHIP, and I'm dedicating today's post to all of you, my Friends and Fellow Bloggers.
Having grown up in a small nuclear family and without many relatives nearby, friends have always been very important to me.
That, coupled with the fact that I moved away from my childhood home (read: family support system) at a relatively young age (17), has made me cherish my friends and friendships even more greatly over the years.
I'm a little short of words today myself, so I'm going to let some of my handmade card designs, and the wonderful quotes from persons far wiser than I, carry today's message through my blog post.
Happy Thursday, My Friends!
Until we meet again. . . . I hope you'll each give yourself the gift of a new friend.

Wow Jan - I have always loved your work, but this collection is stunning. I think it's time to put in an order.
Thanks for such a beautiful post - you know I don't have any of those up my sleeve. ;)
Your cards are so pretty and always so perfect! I especially love the tree card. I love trees! :)
Thanks so much for your kind comments, Life with Dogs, and Lazy Bone!
WOW this is one of the best collections so far Jan! Absolutely beautiful! Being a military brat we moved every four years, often to a different country, and family was not around but friends were my staple as we were often were stationed at the same bases. I really love these.
Your work of arts are just great hehehe. Here in the Philippines nuclear family is so rare that the average family members here are about six including the father and mother.
Thanks so much for sharing your own personal experiences, Budrow and Nodami, and for your kind comments about my card designs!
Very very nice collection. They are all so pretty. I like the one with the kitties also....so cute. Have you done any cards with a musical theme?
How sweet and thoughtful. Your cards are just grand, my favorite (hard to choose) is the first...gorgeous!
Kori, Thanks so much, and yes, I have made a few cards with a music theme. . I'll round up some photos on my pc and send you a link!
And thank you, too, The Bird's Staff, for your kind comments! I love shades of lavender for working with cards, and that card you like is one of my earlier ones.
Fabulous cards Jan...thanks for sharing.
